Disney Christmas Movies 2022
Christmas Movies on Disney Plus
As soon as November 1st hits, you know that Christmas is right around the corner and it is 100% acceptable to start getting ready for Christmas! Here is an ultimate list of the best Disney movies on Disney plus to watch in 2022!
There’s nothing quite like the Disney parks during Christmas season. So while we can’t quite live at the parks 24/7, this is the perfect way to spread that Disney Christmas magic at home.
Mickey’s Once upon a christmas (1999)

In this classic animation, Mickey and friends reminisce on their past Christmas memories
mickey’s twice upon a christmas (2004)

Continue the Disney Christmas magic is this celebration of the true joy of Christmas and discovering the power of friendship among Mickey and his pals.
Winnie the pooh: a very merry pooh year (2002)

As a child, I loved Winnie the Pooh – so there’s no question that this movie is at the top of my list! This one is great as it gets closer to the new year. This movie spotlights Rabbit’s frustration and triggers Pooh and friends to make some New Year’s resolutions.
Home alone (1990)

Is it even Christmas if you haven’t watched Home Alone?! This is seasonal staple during our Christmas movie nights. Kevin get separated from his family and has to get creative to stop the bam-boozing burglars. Friday night movie night coming up? Put this on the list!
Tim Burton’s the nightmare before christmas (1993)

Jack Skellington is the OG when it comes to patching holidays together. Jack is just searching for the Christmas magic that everyone yearns for around the winter time. His accomplice Sally stitches (get it, because she’s a rag doll) Jack’s plan together in his attempts to fill Santa’s shoes.
mickey’s christmas carol (1983)

To round out this list we have Disney’s take on your classic Dickens Christmas tale featuring Donald’s Uncle Scrooge. Scrooge goes from greedy to discovering a newfound love for kindness. I love this because it allows for a relatable gateway when sharing with my little ones about the kindness of giving.
These movies are great stand-alone but if you want to make a night out of, we love to throw on jammies, grab our coziest Mickey blankets and make some popcorn in our whirly pop. Add Christmas themed m&m’s to it and you’ve got yourself a Disney-fied movie night!
